Breakfast is the central meal of the morning. A recently available study has shown that women who skip breakfast consume an average of hundred calories more than those who eat breakfast. To enjoy a normal breakfast the next day will also keep your blood sugar levels even, which can help you stay more watchful and in a better mood.
With the chaotic lives of ours, it’s sometimes difficult to find the time to fix breakfast in the morning. Here are a few quick ideas that take hardly any time at all to get ready and the vast majority of them you can carry along and enjoy on the way of yours to work or if you get there.
1. Whole grain cereal with skim milk
All you will need is a spoon along with a bowl. This should take you aproximatelly one minute to prepare and five minutes to eat. A nice and easy breakfast idea when you’re running late.
2. Breakfast Parfait
You can create your very own healthy variation of the breakfast parfait. Put a few low-fat vanilla yogurt in a planting container. Keep some snack sized bags of granola in your pantry and Alpilean pills several small bags of berries which are frozen in the freezer of yours. Or use fruit that is fresh when available. Just grab everything as you head out the door and enjoy the parfait of yours at work.
3. Whole Wheat Bagel with Peanut Butter (add a portion of fruit)
Toast a whole-wheat bagel with a little peanut butter for just a filling breakfast. Grab a piece of “portable” fruit like a banana or an apple before you leave the home & breakfast is done.
