A Non-Diet Approach to a healthy Breakfast

alpilean ingredientsMany chronic dieters start daily with a renewed sense of hope that “today is the day I’m going to choose my diet.” Breakfast then turns into the purely natural starting place for any diet plan, meal plan, healthy eating vow, etc. Now, I’m all for starting each day with a positive outlook, but sometimes, in respect to the diet plan of ours, we strive for perfection and it backfires. For example, when someone starts a new diet they quite often put a ton of power into prepping and planning their meals. They may even wake up early to ensure they have time for the best breakfast. As time goes by they may start to postpone food prep and begin hitting the snooze button a couple of times and just before you understand it they are back to a refined grab’ n go breakfast, the drive through or even worse yet – skipping breakfast all together.

A genuine Life Example of How Simple a good Breakfast Can Be:

Recently while serving a customer approach several dishes I pulled out my [ imaginary] magic wand and asked her “If you might consume everything you wanted for breakfast without being concerned about your weight, one thing would hold you sustained from the morning which you like eating, what would that be?” She reported back that her preferred breakfast is eggs, whole grain toast with real butter and coffee with cream. Despite this, she was a tad shocked when I stated “okay, we will start your breakfast meal strategy with eggs, toast and coffee”.
