Things Influencing Weight Loss and how to Maximize Weight Loss

The top goal of 90 % of my clients has been weight loss. Some men and women are obese and should shed a sizable amount of weight for other people and health reasons with a great BMI only want to eliminate a few pounds to feel and look better (we all wish for 6 pack abs). Losing weight is determined by how much energy is used to do work (i.e., think etc., digest food, to move,) relative to how much energy is consumed as well as kept (caloric intake).
