The Three Pillars of Weight Loss

When you think about losing weight, my guess is that you think of hard workouts, burning muscles, and a lot of sweat. But is weight loss just about all bodily? Sure, to shed weight, you have to have the ability to tolerate repeated bodily intensity, but how about relational and emotional intensity? Do intense emotions as well as intensity in our interactions affect fat loss? Actually a rudimentary understanding of weight loss is going to answer this one. Remember what food nearly all of us do if we are bad, or get an argument with somebody, or be dumped? We consume, simple and plain.
