The Four Pillars of Fitness: Making it Work for You
I recently introduced' The 4 Pillars of Fitness' in a blog post. I describe the each pillar as a part of fitness. While fitness will still be powerful when anyone of the pillars isn't in place, it requires most four to truly be definitely healthy. Those pillars are Mindset, Nutrition and Diet, Exercise and Sleep. Studies have revealed that each area is important for full functioning of our body.
