Easy Weight Loss – Fight Fat With Fat!

What if I told you that you could drop some weight while still consuming delicious food full of fat?

I have struggled all my life with abdominal fat. It has been a lifelong issue because although the remainder of my physique was thin, I have had a bit of abdominal fat since kindergarten, when I was selected to take out a “round robin” poem. I was traumatized in first grade when a boy named me “Chubby Checkers” (a favorite singer in the 1960s who was slightly overweight). Even as a raw foodist, I could not toss out the “apple shape,” or having a relatively bigger belly than hips.

That is…until I found the magic formula of fighting fat with fat. I have right now, at age 53 and after menopause, gotten to my ideal weight for the very first time after high school. I could proudly wear designer jeans, and also dress like younger females. And best of the, I no longer struggle to keep it off. I have discovered the techniques of fighting fat with fat.

In the 1980s there was a principle that we might indulge in all the carbohydrates we wanted which these would not be kept as fat. Fat on the entire body came generally from fat in the diet, the principle went. And there have been studies to confirm this concept, of course. And so the plan was eating only a small amount fat as possible. While there’s a little truth to that, in that weight in the food plan can more readily be stored as excess fat, individuals who adhered to this principle went overboard in under eating essential essential fatty acids. They suffered from depression, fatigue, PMS, together with all types of diseases. Put simply, the body of yours needs fat. Next to water and oxygen, fat is the central element of the body.

We now know we need to have fat to burn up fat. We need the good fats to improve the metabolic rate of ours. Fats are necessary to make hormones that burn fat. our brains need extra fat, particularly the kind with DHA, that makes up 60 % of our brains.

Eat Monounsaturated Fats with Every Meal

Research show that monounsaturated fatty acids, called MUFAS, will be the key to doing away with abdominal or maybe belly fat. In The Flat Belly Diet, they show you for breaking up the food of yours into three food and one snack, each one 400 calories. Every meal/snack must include aproximatelly 100 calories of MUFAS. This might be two tablespoons of nuts (macademia nuts are especially rich in MUFAS), 10-15 olives, 1/3 of an avocado, a tablespoonful of acai berry, a tablespoon of coconut oil, alpilean reviews pills (supplemental resources) or an ounce of milk chocolate.
