Effortless Weight Loss – Fight Fat With Fat!

What if I told you that you can lose some weight while still eating delicious foods full of fats?

I’ve struggled almost all the life of mine with abdominal fat. It’s been a lifelong issue because while the majority of the entire body of mine was thin, I’ve had some abdominal fat since kindergarten, when I was chosen to take out a “round robin” poem. I was traumatized in first grade when a boy named me “Chubby Checkers” (a widely used singer in the 1960s who was slightly overweight). Even while a raw foodist, I couldn’t toss out the “apple shape,” or having a relatively larger belly than hips.

Which is…until I discovered the magic formula of fighting fat with fat. I’ve currently, at age 53 and after menopause, reached my ideal weight for the very first time after high school. I can proudly wear designer jeans, and also dress like younger girls. And best of all, I don’t struggle to ensure that it stays off. I’ve learned the techniques of fighting fat with fat.

In the 1980s there was a principle which we could consume all the carbs we wanted which these wouldn’t be kept as fat. Fat on the body came generally from unwanted fat in the alpilean reviews diet pills stores (my latest blog post) plan, the theory went. And there are studies to prove this concept, naturally. And so the plan was eating as little fat as possible. While there is a little truth to that, in that weight in the diet can more easily be kept as unwanted fat, those who adhered to this theory went overboard in under eating essential fatty acids. They suffered from depression, PMS, fatigue, in addition to all kinds of maladies. Put quite simply, your body needs fat. Next to oxygen and water, fat is the central element of the body.

We today know that we need to have fat to burn up fat. We want the good fats to increase our metabolism. Fats are needed to make hormones which burn fat. the brains of ours require fat, especially the kind with DHA, which makes up sixty % of our brains.

Eat Monounsaturated Fats with Every Meal

Research indicate that monounsaturated fatty acids, known as MUFAS, are the key to getting rid of abdominal or perhaps belly fat. In The Flat Belly Diet, they show you to break up the food of yours into 3 meals and 1 snack, each one 400 calories. Every meal/snack should include about hundred calories of MUFAS. This could be two tablespoons of nuts (macademia nuts tend to be high in MUFAS), 10 15 olives, 1/3 of an avocado, a tablespoon of acai berry, a tablespoon of olive oil, or maybe an ounce of milk chocolate.
