I’ve struggled almost all my life with abdominal fat. In the 1980s there was a theory that we might indulge in all of the carbs we wanted and that these would not be saved as fat. Eat Monounsaturated Fats with Every Meal
Research indicate that monounsaturated fatty acids, called MUFAS, will be the key to eliminating abdominal or perhaps belly fat.
