Effortless Weight Loss – Fight Fat With Fat!

What if I told you that you could lose weight while still eating delicious food full of fats?

I have struggled almost all the life of mine with abdominal fat. It’s been a lifelong concern because even though the remainder of my physique was thin, I have had some abdominal fat since kindergarten, when I was chosen to take out a “round robin” poem. I was traumatized in first grade each time a boy called me “Chubby Checkers” (a favorite singer in the 1960s who was somewhat overweight). Even while a raw foodist, I could not toss out the “apple shape,” or perhaps having a rather larger belly than hips.

Which is…until I discovered the magic formula of fighting fat with fat. I’ve right now, at age 53 and after menopause, reached the perfect weight of mine for the first time after high school. I could proudly wear designer jeans, and stylish like more youthful women. And best of the, I no longer struggle to ensure that it stays off. I have discovered the strategies of fighting fat with fat.

In the 1980s there was a theory which we might consume all of the carbohydrates we wanted and that these wouldn’t be saved as fat. Extra fat on the entire body came mostly from fat in the diet plan, the principle went. And there have been studies to prove this concept, obviously. And so the plan was to eat as little fat as is possible. While there is some truth to that, in that weight in the food plan can more easily be stored as excess fat, those who adhered to this theory went overboard in under ingesting essential fats. They suffered from depression, fatigue, PMS, together with all sorts of maladies. Put quite simply, your body needs fat. Next to oxygen as well as water, fat is the most important element of the body.

We today know we require fat to burn off fat. We need the good fats to increase the metabolic rate of ours. Fats are needed to make hormones which burn fat. the brains of ours need to have fat, especially the kind with DHA, that makes up 60 % of our brains.

Eat Monounsaturated Fats with Every Meal
