I remember one of the things the mom of mine told me repeatedly is, “Prevention is better than cure.” This cliche applies for getting heavy along with some other problem.

We do not get overweight overnight. On average, it requires us as long to add pounds since it will take us to lose it, or even longer. Yes! I feel like saying that statement.

So why do we get overweight? We are overweight as we see it when it begins to occur, so we do nothing about it! It’s difficult not to see you’re not fitting in the pants of yours as you consume to. We lay back and allow it to happen.
