Native Fitness and health is the physical stamina that served the ancestor Cavemen of ours. It gave them the burst of speed to escape danger, or maybe capture meal. It gave them the energy to fend off enemies or even predators. It was on-demand power for personal and group survival.
This Physical Fitness platform has become enhanced over countless generations to meet the demands of the body musculature of ours and bone structure.
