At Home Workouts – Basic Jump Rope Workout

protetox founderOne of my favorite at home “workouts” protetox does it work – – not look too much like a workout. It absolutely gets your heart rate up, It’s challenging to keep moving forward, as well as it’s FUN! (Yes, I stated FUN! It can be like being a boy or girl again.) You can undertake it with a normal jump rope or perhaps a weighted jump rope.

I used to play basketball and the mentor of mine wanted me to increase my vertical jump and jumping rope was one of the ways he explained to work on it.
