A healthy diet plan provides the suggested daily allowance for vitamins, carbohydrates, protein, minerals, and fat. Any diet which fails to meet up with the minimum daily allowance for any nutrient is unhealthy. However, providing the day allowance for all nourishing substances is near to impossible given the very poor nutrition of modern diets.
