There’s really much focus on being careful what we take in so we can stay fit. The figures of how many people are overweight is worrying and even our children are getting obese. To contribute to the causes of keeping yourself slim and fit added to this is that everything you eat really does impact the tooth of yours also.
Allow me to share 3 reasons why this is true:
1. If you eat food in-between meals and do not brush afterwards the plaque will start forming within 20 minutes – causing damage to the teeth of yours.
2. The bacteria in the mouth love sugar of yours and applies it to produce acids which create tooth decay. The greater number of sugar you take in & drink the more you feed the bacteria. The bacteria in your mouth the greater your tooth decay and also the more problems you have.
3. You can help your teeth by consuming some foods that promote the saliva in the mouth of yours – such as eating mature cheese in the end of your meal – as it’s the saliva that can help wash away the unpleasant bacteria.
So What Should We Eat?
