For sure there are diets that promise you are going to lose 10 pounds in two weeks but most of those diets aren’t sustainable. When you decide to go on one of these diets you will lose weight, although it is mainly water, not the brown fat how to increase ( that you want to lose. After you finish or even go off this diet, and you’ll since virtually all of them are boring and you go back to consuming the food items which you like, you are going to gain the pounds you lost and more since you did not change your eating behaviour while on the diet plan.

So how could losing weight be simple? Initially you need to set yourself reasonable and attainable goals. Make use of the SMART method of goal setting:

Certain – set a target goal for your fat loss, keep to a rather small number say two to three pounds

Measurable – keep a record of your progress in a Weight Loss Journal

Achievable – make the goal you set something that is possible to attain.

Realistic – don’t try to shed the fat all at once, remember this is a marathon
