The 8 – 8 Problem
For me personally, the fundamental trouble with exploring gym was the time all took to do. Working a corporate job, which may often mean an 8am – 8pm day, makes getting to the gym, working out, and best metabolism boosting breakfast (www.hsscf.kr) getting home a painful task. I have spoken to lots of the friends of mine in the same situation and then found out they often end up spending for gym memberships they do not ever use!
The simple solution then is to recreate the gym experience in your own home right? Not quite….
Economics And Hassle
You will find two big complications with establishing a house gym, buying equipment, and creating a program to ensure you are able to use it all. Buying equipment is not only expensive it is difficult to determine what to actually get. Do you get a heavy weight set? Do you get yourself a bench and resistance machines? Soon you’ll wind up getting everything or even caught up in a perpetual pursuit until you fill an entire room with stuff you’ll never use. This obviously means massive costs.
Even if you have a lot of gym equipment, remember what food you do with everything? At some stage you’ll need to create a software program or, pay for someone to write one for you. Once again, the costs mount up. You might as well have kept the gym membership of yours.
It doesn’t have to go like that however.
