I have a cousin which went from being morbidly obese for numerous years, to a simple 165 pounds in a number of short years. The weight loss of his was not dramatic, it was not chemically induced with weight loss supplements, and he sure didn’t follow any of the many diet program out there. He never did Atkins, or Slimfast or Jennycraig, or maybe some this low thing, but he did achieve the weight loss goal of his. His, was an all natural weight loss that was constant and sustained.

Before we speak about that, let’s talk about just where he came from first. I remember very well, exactly how in the heydays of the morbid obesity of his, we would visit the buffet (he enjoyed food) and he’d gather as high as he would, java burn ingredients ( and make two, 3 or maybe four refill journeys. The nice thing is that he didn’t need to turn his world upside down as well as inside out to be able to loose weight. He just had to make some adjustments, two to be exact. He changed the eating habit of his, and injected some physical fitness into the daily regimen of his and that’s it. 

Whereas he would previously load up on anything which was set before him, now he did his eating with reason and in small amounts, carefully choosing foods much higher in fiber. And rather than his usual multiple refill trips at buffets, today he makes just one trip, and in case he’s to make another trip, he adheres on the vegetables as well as dry fruits. He also reduced his soda consumption as well as instead drinks water for the most part.

In order to complement the change in the diet of his, my cousin thought it will be helpful to inject some exercise into the daily routine of his. He didn’t have to do anything dramatic like jugging 15 miles every morning or lifting 300 lbs, 50 times every evening. No. He just got himself a great little stationary bike and rode ten to fifteen minutes each morning while watching the weather and the news, and on those nights when he wasn’t very exhausted.
