Weight Loss & Diet Pills And Supplements – Gimmicks Or not?

“Take the azure pill…take the red pill…?”… recall the series?

“Take the blue pill…take the red pill…?”… recall the line?

These are the very first words uttered… the movie line is taken from The Matrix (1999). The context of the statement is that “Neo” (Keanu Reeves) is residing in a world of controlled belief. Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne), the captain of the “movement” in the film, is guiding younger Neo by way of a crazy ride of “reality” vs. perception. As with the film it is the job of mine, as a personal trainer, to direct people through a trip in perception.

Even in “real-life” it looks like we, as depicted in this film, simply assume that taking a tablet can give us all of the solutions to the needs of ours. My question for you is…”Do you believe all the issues of yours could be fixed by snapping a pill?” Do you really believe that answers come from pills or even do you assume that answers come from individual responsibility? I guess the actual concern is…”Do you trust “cure” or prevention?

Apart from the quirky movie comparison… What is the perspective of yours as connected with health, fitness, and better living? Does better living come from better pharmacology? Sure…I guess large numbers of lives are saved from disease, hereditary failures, and illness. Do we accept responsibility for our behavior which contributes straight to health which is bad and fitness? Are most risk factors for illness lifestyle induced? Even when the newest weight reduction pill did work – Do you find it going to work life long? What are the risks related to a lot of the latest weightloss pills? Virtually any pill we take has a “side effect” attached to the use of its in individuals which are many. It seems folks are ready to pay just about anything to get their hands on the hottest diet pill, or weight loss gimmick out there. Even worse – prescription drugs are passed out such as candy to hundreds of countless obese folks. As we all know many of these medications have confirmed to be pretty dangerous, even deadly.

I imagine many of the questions and frustrations I get from people relevant to fitness, exercise, and preventative activity, can certainly be traced to one vitally important boost metabolism and burn belly fat (https://hijack7.co.kr) fundamental question: Are we a cure driven culture or maybe a prevention driven society? Will it make sense that the latest carbo-blocker, fat burner or weight loss pill will reverse years of very poor living? Do you really think that your individual responsibility is often absolved by a pill?

Lets’ utilize the general model of “dieting” for example: one program works like this, you are taking several pills in the morning – enjoy a health shake in the late afternoon, chug down yet another handful of pills by late evening, and eat a boxed, pre-portioned, specialized dinner at bedtime. OK. – How things go when you decide to go off this weight loss program? I speculate all of the stunning results simply vanish entirely! Of course, they tell you to have this particular product, subsequently that product…then hold your breath for 10 seconds while getting up and down…ok…ok, I am getting carried away – I am aware. The point is; in case you’ve to draw the specific pills and do the specific diet you just will not get it done for long – that is why it’s called a weight loss program. The name itself assures the person that it’s something which you commence as well as stop! Not any, friends – better lifestyle is not one thing you start and stop, it is something you benefit from whenever you accept responsibility for the care of your health and body.

So what’s the right formula? Effectively, my answer is asking yourself some vitally important questions.

One; Will you believe that personal responsibility supersedes a cure-all (diet pill)?
