My Favorite Weight Loss Snacks

I cannot tell you the amount of times during the past 20 years that I began diets, simply to fall off the wagon two to 3 months down the line as well as pile all the weight back on again! Ideal for a weekend mid-afternoon tea while the family are digging in their scones and jam – we are living in Devon which is famous for cream teas, therefore not a simple area to diet in! Put a teaspoon of jam on the top (but no butter) and you won’t look very unhappy. Also a good bet when you’re craving carbohydrates and want a low-calorie alternative to cakes and biscuits.
