I see it every day, and also I previously used to look at it in the mirror in days gone by, the fat rolls, the chubby fat skin, the fat faces, the huge asses.  Yes its not very nice, but if you are a realist as me, you will notice that most men and women you notice are body fat and over weight.  Whilst it’s there own choice and in case they are happy I’ve no qualms with them being like that.  Nonetheless, obesity is not only visual thing.  Obesity is killing the earth with heart disorders, other illnesses and diabetes stemming from having too much fat in the program of yours.

Allow me to place something straight first.  I don’t love really skinny girls.  I truly appall the cat walk displays and the things they tell girls which are young how they’re fat as well as appear too chubby etc. etc.  These individuals are extremists and I am not a fan of the fashion business and what it does to young impressionable individuals all around the world.  Recently there would have been a comment made on one of those “how to be a great model” shows here in Australia, they judge said something to the consequence the female will look at herself in the mirror as she is clearly too fat.  And also the woman did not even look overweight to me, I know they’ve to get anemic in the product industry, but this equipment makes me sick.  Anyway, I’m getting out from what I was saying.  I am simply saying that when I refer to’ overweight’,’ obese’,’ fat’ folks, I am pertaining to people that in case they saw a doctor, the surgeon would let them know that they should think about changing the diet of theirs as its harming their health.  So please just as before, realise that I’m not advocating that every person should be skinny and not eat anything!

A bit about myself, I’m a middle aged guy, 36 years old.  Large boned, I’ve found I have always struggled with the weight of mine and body image.  I adore the food like a lot of people, and also I am a vegetarian also, did I point out I adore beer also? : (.

After I hit 30 or so the entire body of mine changed almost over night, and also I realized that weight was harder to have off and went on quicker with no a lot of help!  I suppose when you eat poorly over a stretch of time, it just adds up and before you understand it a year or perhaps two and up and also you will be obese in case you do not watch yourself or until you’ve among the magical metabolisms which let you eat anything you want.  Unfortunately I have a slow metabolic rate, and I need to exercise an honest bit to drop the weight.

The year 2008 arrived and I woke up a morning and looked at the mirror and said to myself, I’m not pleased with how I look & I’m not happy about getting using puff when I kick the footy with my run or son around with him.  I made a conscious choice to change myself.  This is the main key to making change at any aspect of the life of yours, you have to take the 1st essential step, which is telling yourself you would like to change, you will change and you are damn well going to change.

And so anyway, I made a decision to sign up for the gym as I’ve lifted several weights in earlier years and enjoyed it, I am big boned and I tend to increase muscle simple and easy so that’s a great thing, always must take the positives that you have been given.  Over the years I have been on numerous various diet programs, but hardly ever stuck with’t hem in the long term.  I don’t like the term diet regime also I do not just like the emotional damage it does to just one that would like to lose weight.  Diet conjures up all sorts of images of starving yourself on weird and ridiculous meal combinations, it can make you believe that you’re going to put yourself through some form of food boot camp and you are able to no longer eat the food items you love eating.
