Obesity has become a global epidemic.  USA is considered the most obese Country in the world, and my country, Australia, is rapidly catching up with the states.  Also, of a lot more concern is the growing number of children that are obese who are pondering that food which is fast is a normal method to take in.

I see it on a daily basis, and I used to look at it in the mirror in days gone by, the fat rolls, the chubby fat skin, the fat faces, the big asses.  Yes its not too nice, but if you’re a realist like me, you are going to notice that nearly all people you notice are body fat and beyond weight.  Whilst it’s there personal choice and in case they’re happy I have absolutely no qualms with them being like that.  Nevertheless, obesity isn’t just visual thing.  Obesity is killing the earth with heart conditions, other ailments and diabetes stemming from having a lot of weight in the program of yours.
