Pills, Potions and Going through The Motions

As I was driving to the gym right now to sign up for a workout for myself (1st in almost eight days which took aproximatelly 12 minutes) I was thinking of a discussion that I’d with 1 of the new telephone clients of mine about dieting and exercise.

Sergio is a truck driver and he used to remain in good shape when younger… but not lately. In assessing the needs of his and what he’s attempting to achieve, Sergio had some intriguing questions and commentary.

Sergio advised that because of his profession and new born baby and bride, he’s not able to get to the gym 3-4 days a week and invest the 2 hours a day necessary to keep in shape. He is on the highway as a driver and eats pretty well…he says!! Subway and Burger King are regular stops & never skips breakfast. He does drink an incredible drink he says, nonetheless, which will help him keep his diet balanced and also helps burn excess fat. Sergio does admit it is not functioning as well as it could and he has to loose aproximatelly thirty pounds. Does any of this sound familiar?
