Pills, Potions and Running through The Motions

As I was driving to the gym today to take a workout for myself (1st in about 8 days which took aproximatelly twelve minutes) I was thinking about a chat that I had with one of my brand new telephone clients about exercise and diet.

Sergio is a truck driver and he utilized to remain in shape when younger… however not recently. In assessing his needs and what he’s attempting to accomplish, Sergio had some interesting commentary and questions.

Sergio advised that due to the profession of his and brand new born infant and bride, he is not in the position to get to the gym 3-4 days a week and invest the 2 hours 1 day necessary to keep fit and healthy. He’s on the highway as a car owner and eats pretty well…he says!! Subway as well as Burger King are regular stops and never skips breakfast. He does drink a wonderful drink he says, however, which will help him keep the diet of his balanced and also helps burn excess fat. Sergio does admit it’s not working as well as it may and that he has to loose about 30 pounds. Does any of this sound familiar?

Sergio likewise wanted to know what supplements I’m making use of and advise and how many hours 1 day minimum he will have training for getting back in shape.
