It’s a depressing fact that a lot of people are overweight. I understand, because for ikaria lean belly juice frequently asked questions (my explanation) a very long time I was at least one. It was not as if I did not try to drop some weight. In fact at times I did. A bit. For a while. However, not enough so someone noticed. A 100 and eighty 7 lbs doesn’t look a lot different to one hundred and 90 two pounds. The Wombat lived.
I tried all sorts of diets & restricted eating regimes. The Atkins diet. The Pritikin diet. High protein-rich diets. (Made me feel ill all the time). Low carbohydrate diets. (Made me really fatigued I did not want to do something other than lie in existence and also watch television). Fruit diets! They actually got things going through my body but unfortunately did not make me lose excess weight. Vegetarian diets. Some of these diets helped for a while. I lost a few pounds but eventually got tired of the sameness of the food and fast throw back on whatever I had really hard earned lost.
Additionally, I was hungry everyday.
Last but not least, I realized I might possibly remain on the couch and realize nothing until I died, or maybe, I can shed off excess weight and rejoin the human race. I checked on the internet to locate a system of losing weight that would suit me. I bought lots of products which promised me weight loss to make a supermodel envious. I tried. I really did. The only thing to lose weight was the wallet of mine. I began to lose hope that I was destined to be Wombat all the life of mine.
