The “New Rules” of Fitness

Everyone knows what Fitness means perfect? Health is being Cut aka being Defined, aka Getting fit and healthy aka Getting Shredded aka Getting Jacked aka Getting Ripped (not in a drunken sense).


Fitness, as something that we have to strive for physically to improve our visual look, and by virtue the inner roles of ours and general health, is a relatively recent concept.
