The “New Rules” of Fitness

Everyone knows what Fitness means right? Health is going to be Cut aka being Defined, aka Getting in shape aka Getting Shredded aka Getting Jacked aka Getting Ripped (not in a drunken sense).


Fitness, as something that we have to shoot for physically to improve our aesthetic look, and by virtue the inner roles of ours and overall health, is a relatively recent concept. Here in the United States, circa the 17th 19th centuries, the country of ours was an agricultural nation, with the great majority of its residents concerned in farming. Most everyone worked very hard on the farms, and therefore most individuals were in shape or fit in some way or another.
