What a lot of people don’t know is that you can find 10 components/elements/facets that make up the state of “Fitness”. All of these ten components need to be improved in a person for him/her to be deemed as physically it.

Today, it doesn’t matter if you’re young or old, man or female; or whether you are supposed to be to a certain category of individuals (bodybuilder, couch potato, corporate executive, athlete, housewife etc). Your exercise program should aim to improve all 10 components of fitness.

All human beings are designed the same way physiologically. As a result, we need every one of the pieces of fitness to showcase the quality of the conditioning of ours and thereby improve lifestyle.

The 10 Components of Fitness:

1) Cardiovascular Endurance: The capability of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems to transport oxygenated blood to the working skeletal muscles for an extended period of time with no fatigue.
