Figure out your resting metabolic rate (RMR).
RMR is always used instead of basal metabolism (BMR); even though they are a small amount different, estimating both one is sufficient for the objective of weight loss.
* RMR = 9.99w + 6.25s – 4.92a + 166g-161
* w = weight in kilograms; if you know your weight in pounds, divide by 2.2 to obtain your weight in kilograms
* s = height in centimeters; if you understand the height of yours in inches, multiply by 2.54 to obtain your height in centimeters
* a = age of years
* g = gender = one for males, zero for females
To get hard abs, boost metabolism and also achieve weight loss, make changes in your caloric content appropriately when you’ve the RMR of yours.
Your RMR is going to tell you the amount of calories you have to maintain your present weight at rest. Your day calorie consumption to maintain your weight should be:
* RMR x 1.15
