Weight Diet and Loss Pills And Supplements – Gimmicks Or not?

“Take the azure pill…take the white pill…?”… recall the series?

“Take the blue pill…take the white pill…?”… remember the series?

These are the very first words uttered… the movie series is taken from The Matrix (1999). The context of the statement is the fact that “Neo” (Keanu Reeves) is residing in a world of controlled perception. Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne), the captain of the “movement” in the movie, is leading young Neo through a crazy ride in “reality” vs. perception. As with the film it’s my job, as a personal trainer, to direct people through a journey in belief.

Even in “real-life” it appears as if we, as depicted in this movie, alpilean customer reviews (news) simply believe that taking a medicine is able to provide us all of the solutions to the desires of ours. The question of mine to you is…”Do you believe all the problems of yours may be fixed by shooting a pill?” Do you really think that information are available from drugs or even do you believe that answers originate from personal responsibility? I guess the real issue is…”Do you believe in prevention or “cure”?

In addition to the quirky video comparison… What’s the perspective of yours as related to well being, fitness, and better living? Does better living come from much better pharmacology? Sure…I guess millions of lives are saved from disease, illness, and genetic failures. Do we accept responsibility for the conduct of ours that contributes directly to bad health and fitness? Are most risk factors for illness lifestyle induced? Even when the newest fat reduction pill did work – Can it be going to work life-long? What exactly are the risks associated with many of the newest weight loss supplements? Virtually any pill we take has a “side effect” attached to the use of its in many people. It seems folks are ready to pay essentially anything to get their hands on the newest diet pill, or weight loss gimmick in existence. Even worse – prescription medicines are passed out like candy to hundreds of a huge number of obese folks. As all of us know many of these medications have confirmed to be quite risky, even deadly.

Does it make sense that the most up carbo-blocker, fat burner or weight loss pill will reverse years of poor living? Do you really believe that the personal responsibility of yours can be absolved by a pill?

Lets’ grab the general model of “dieting” for example: one system works like this, you take a number of pills in the early morning – have a health shake in the late afternoon, chug down yet another handful of pills by late evening, and consume a boxed, pre-portioned, special dinner at night. OK. – What happens when you decide to go off this weight loss program? I imagine all of the spectacular results just go away! Of course, they tell you to take this particular product, then that product…then hold the breath of yours for 10 seconds while jumping up and down…ok…ok, I’m getting taken away – I am aware. The point is; in case you have to fill the specific pills and perform the specific diet you simply won’t get it done for long – that is why it’s called a weight loss program. The name itself assures the individual that it’s something that you start as well as stop! No, friends – better living isn’t one thing you start and stop, it’s something you benefit from when you accept responsibility for the care of your health and body.

So what’s the right formula? Effectively, my answer is asking yourself some really important questions.

One; Will you believe that individual responsibility supersedes a cure all (diet pill)?
