Weight Loss Resistance

Weight loss resistance is a huge problem in our country. Primarily because, who would not like losing a couple of extra pounds? America is fat, and we all know it. (Why do you feel various other countries laugh at us?)

I have had a minimum of 5 consultations just this week with females who couldn’t lose weight fast intermittent fasting (this) some weight regardless of what they tried. Diets, work outs, hanging upside down, you name it nothing has worked. Though they were lacking the the one easy step. however, it is the most challenging.

We have to put people into 2 categories. Sugar-burners vs. Fat-burners. Most of you reading this are sugar burners so let’s begin there. In order to shed pounds we must normalize our insulin levels, which is the hormone the body of ours produces to pull sugar in the cells of ours. Many people walk around with an elevated insulin level that never drops under a resting state. That means the body of ours is continually striving to eliminate the sky-high sugar running through our blood. (It has too, if not, you are going to develop Type II Diabetes).

At this point consider this, if you continually have a considerable amount of sugars (glucose) available, then the body of yours will continue to burn that for energy (sugar burner). That means you are able to never ever get to the point of burning FAT! Our bodies then become reliant upon burning sugars for energy. Once the glucose starts to drop in our system, it really needs something quick. Normal bodies are able to start a process of shedding fat, but most of you reading this cannot. Instead of burning up fat like the body would like to, it sends an irresistible craving that you can’t obtain a way from, and that’s when you try to get a hold of the chocolate, the treats, and soda pop. It is far too easy as well as the snack you select satisfies your emotional section of your brain and also you become happy. Just to begin this viscous cycle all once more.

How do you stop this particular inability to burn up fat? It’s easy, but hard. Cut out the sugar including fruit and bread because they are both sugar foods. Once the insulin starts to normalize and you are eating the right foods, the body begins to turn into a fat burner. YES!
