It often amazes me that FITNESS is a multi-billion dollar industry… Yet a solid, universal and concise definition of fitness is tough to nail down.

Just ask somebody taking part in a physical workout plan, as well as someone in the fitness sector for that matter, to give you an obvious definition of fitness.
